Some plant installers that work in the painting sector have requested to work with Tras-mec to build a handling line consisting of parallel monorails.
The production requirements included moving conveying bars about 9000 mm long, with a load of 400 kg per bar and a total load of 4800 kg.
Tras-mec has decided to built a prototype line consisting of two monorail lines suitable of bearing that load, equipped with hooks for conveying bars with journal bearings to avoid overloading and early wear-out of the chain.
The conveyor has therefore been custom-built by Tras-mec following the customer company directives to offer a customised handling line that offers the best results.
