Some plant installers that work in the pig slaughtering sector have requested to Tras-mec a complete handling system.
Tras-mec designed and built for them a custom-tailored handling system consisting of four monorail conveyors:
• bleeding chain to carry the meat to the scalding tanks
• slaughtering chain to carry the meat to the cutting zone
• sanitary chain, to carry offals
• refrigeration chain for storing meat sides in the cold rooms
Tras-mec built all-stainless steel MP45 monorail conveyors and supplied to the customer a system fully compliant to the laws in force.
