Two-rail conveyors: technical data
The two-rail handling system components are:
• Biplanar chain
• Straight rail
• Horizontal and vertical curves
• Mechanical and pneumatic switching points
• Pushers
• Carts
• Stacking stations
• Pneumatic lubricator
• Drive unit
• Fixed or sliding brackets
• Fixed or rotating hangers
• Supporting structure
• Electric control panel
Available accessories for two-rail handling lines are:
• Bar rotation station: motor-powered station to rotate conveying bars up to 360°
• Descender: motor-powered station used to adjust the height of the conveying bars for loading/unloading operations
All two-rail conveyor models can work also with 60° inclines and some models can reach minimum stocking distance (distance between carts) of 170 mm.
By joining carts in pairs it is possible to increase the conveying bars loading capacity.
